The legislature adjourns June 1 and for now our dogs are still legal.
We narrowly avoided getting slapped with an Ohio-style law in Texas. We almost ended up with all “pit bulls” automatically having a dangerous dog designation and all the restrictions of a dog that has actually injured someone. Fortunately I am not the only [...]
